I didn’t come from privilege, and higher education wasn’t guaranteed. I earned my place through a scholarship while working alongside my studies. During that period, I was exposed early to business — consulting, selling professional training programs, and working closely with high-net-worth clients. Those experiences shaped my perspective on leadership, personal growth, and how teams operate under pressure.

I later graduated with a double major in Finance and Business Management, developing practical depth in sales, team development, and execution. I also had the opportunity to study leadership in entrepreneurship internationally, broadening my exposure to global business environments and strategic thinking.

I went on to scale my first brick-and-mortar venture into a tech-enabled merchandise and solutions company, serving over 3,000 clients across more than 50 countries. What began as a focused operational business evolved into a global organisation with clients across Asia, Europe, Australia, and the United States. The work has been recognised through regional and international industry awards.

In recent years, my focus has expanded into AI, automation, and scalable operating systems — applying these tools directly within real businesses to improve execution, efficiency, and decision-making, not as theory, but as applied systems.

Today, I work with founders, executives, HR leaders, and leadership teams, helping them build strong organisational foundations, align people and systems, and operate with greater clarity, confidence, and execution discipline.
